Oscar Monroe Zehner,

I have already verbally warned you to discontinue stalking my family. You have to go out of your way to come down my street. You do not know anyone down this street or near my block to justify and excuse for continuously riding around my house. I have photo, video, etc indicating your attempt to violate my civil privacy. Your acts are acts of child endangerment; my children can not play outside without the fear that "GRANDPA" is going to hurt them. When have you shown compassion, love, to your grandchildren, children, etc.

If you feel I am violating your rights, then I expect to see you in court. I will pursue pressing charges on you, also file litigation in civil court while you pend your criminal charges.

This is a legal warning sent to Oscar Monroe Zehner. Any further stalking, threats, violent outbursts, I will file a civil suet in the amount of $75,000 for pain and suffering, mental anguish, child endangerment, and what ever charges my well paid for lawyer adds to the counts.
